By completing your registration and paying the service fee of £1,999.00, you will receive our secure questionnaire. Once completed, your questionnaire will be personally reviewed by a member of our team to ensure your information is clear, complete, and ready for referral.
You will receive personalised feedback confirming that your details have been processed. We will then forward your information to a carefully selected network of independent clinical research clinics.
These clinics independently review the information you provide and may contact you directly if they believe you could be suitable for one of their current or upcoming studies.
Our service is complete once your information has been securely forwarded to the clinics in our network.

REFUND POLICY
1. Nature of the Service
Proton Research Referral Services (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an administrative forwarding service only. We do not:
- identify potential clinical trial opportunities
- assess eligibility for clinical trials
- match customers to specific studies
- guarantee that any research organisation will contact the customer
- guarantee that any clinical trial exists for the customer’s condition or interest
Our role is strictly limited to:
- receiving information provided by the customer
- forwarding that information to selected research organisations or trial sites
- providing general information about the referral process
Once the customer’s details have been forwarded, our service is considered fully delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available where:
- a payment was taken in error
- the customer was charged more than once
- the service was not delivered at all due to an error on our part
3. Non‑Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not provided where:
- the customer changes their mind after purchasing
- the customer is not eligible for any clinical trials
- the customer does not respond to communication
- the customer is not accepted by a clinical trial site
- the customer disagrees with the opportunities available
- the customer expected a specific medical outcome or guarantee
4. No Guarantee of Trial Placement
We do not guarantee:
- placement in any clinical trial
- acceptance by any research site
- availability of trials for a specific condition
- medical results, improvements, or benefits
5. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where:
- false, misleading, or incomplete information was provided
- the customer attempts to misuse the refund policy
- the customer files a fraudulent claim
6. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: protonreferral@proton.me within 14 days of purchase.
All requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
