While we aim to forward your information to reputable clinics, we cannot guarantee

• placement in any clinical trial
• that a clinic will contact you
• that any trial will be suitable for your profile
• that compensation will be offered or provided
• that any clinical trial will be available at the time of referral

Clinical trials are subject to strict eligibility criteria, medical assessments, and clinic discretion. We make no promises, warranties, or assurances regarding outcomes.

3. Information Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is:

• accurate
• complete
• up to date

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may affect your eligibility for referral or clinic review. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate information.

REFUND POLICY

1. Nature of the Service

• match customers to specific studies
• guarantee that any research organisation will contact the customer
• guarantee that any clinical trial exists for the customer’s condition or interest

Our role is strictly limited to:

• receiving information provided by the customer
• forwarding that information to selected research organisations or trial sites
• providing general information about the referral process

Once the customer’s details have been forwarded, our service is considered fully delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available where:

• a payment was taken in error
• the customer was charged more than once
• the service was not delivered at all due to an error on our part

3. Non‑Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not provided where:

• the customer changes their mind after purchasing
• the customer is not eligible for any clinical trials
• the customer does not respond to communication
• the customer is not accepted by a clinical trial site
• the customer disagrees with the opportunities available
• the customer expected a specific medical outcome or guarantee

4. No Guarantee of Trial Placement

We do not guarantee:

• placement in any clinical trial
• acceptance by any research site
• availability of trials for a specific condition
• medical results, improvements, or benefits

5. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where:

• false, misleading, or incomplete information was provided
• the customer attempts to misuse the refund policy
• the customer files a fraudulent claim

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: protonreferral@proton.me within 14 days of purchase.

All requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in termination of service without refund.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

• that a trial will be safe, suitable, or effective
• that compensation will be offered or provided

All clinical trials carry risks. Participation is voluntary and at the customer’s own discretion.

5. Fees & Payments

Fees paid to Proton Research Referral Services cover:

• administrative review
• referral processing
• communication and support

Fees are not contingent on trial acceptance, clinic contact, or medical outcomes. Once information has been forwarded to a clinic, the service is considered complete.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. Refunds are only issued in accordance with that policy and are not provided for:

• change of mind
• lack of trial availability
• lack of clinic contact
• ineligibility for trials
• dissatisfaction with outcomes

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proton Research Referral Services is not liable for:

• decisions made by clinical trial sites
• medical outcomes or adverse events
• delays, cancellations, or changes by research organisations
• inaccuracies in information provided by clinics or third parties
• loss of income, opportunity, or expectations
• any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Misrepresentation & Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to:

• terminate service

if we believe the customer has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information, or has attempted to misuse the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
